Using this simple drag racer’s utility, estimate your vehicle’s potential quarter-mile and eight-mile elapsed times and trap speed based on the weight of your vehicle and the horsepower it puts out. Also estimate horsepower based on your trap speed or elapsed time.

Using the most accurate calculations, this useful “bragging rights” app allows you to make standard corrections (used by NASCAR) for altitude. You can also choose between brake horsepower or wheel horsepower in your calculations.
